Granite Tiles &Slabs :
At the stone factory, technicians uses a gang saw or block saw to cut the giant blocks into slabs. A gang saw is inserted with cutting segments-steel plates and steel shots. These help in cutting the hard blocks into slabs or strips of tiles. Once this process is over, the slab is properly shaped, surface processed (polished, leathered, flamed, honed, bush hammered, etc.) and finished. Gang saw granite slabs and cut to size tiles derived from sliced blocks now, it is ready for installation.
