Our Process

Raw blocks are initially selected according to the size and shade requirements of the customers , and than they are faced initially two sides to check the inner position of the blocks.

Ensuring the crack free nature and perfect shade composition it is six side faced on the monolama cutter.

The blocks are placed with special direction by skilled production shift in charge on the Italian Gang Saws so that each tie the textures are same.

The blocks are sliced and than netted with a fibrous material on the back side to make it more strong.

The slabs are than mirror polished with standard abrasives and packed in standard packing after QC clearance from the QC staff.

The thickness can be 02 & 03 cm. Length 180-250 cm and height 120-180 cm.
