As we know, granites are very hard natural stones, so it requires the right blades to properly cut. Our granite diamond cutting blades use high grade diamond particles, the premium metal bonds and unique diamond arrayed even distribution technology. Meanwhile, we tension the blade in all production process to ensure our blade for cutting all types of granite.
Saw blade for stone cutting is made of diamond particles, metal bond and steel saw blank which the diamond segments are welded on. The quality and grade of the diamond used in the segments is determined primarily by the stone to be cut and the cutting conditions. Besides it, the diamond grits distribution is also very important to the blade cutting performance. In traditional diamond segments, the diamond particles are positioned randomly and unevenly. That is why the quality and lifespan of conventional saw blade aren't stable.
