1.      This manufactured ledge stone bricks is made of pumice and 425 Portland cement, in China there are only two factories produce manufactured ledge stone brick by pumice, we are one of the two.

2.     We use silicon mold, and each mold only make 80pcs products then we replace it, to do this we can guarantee our products with clear veins and accurate sizes.

3.     Our manufactured ledge stone is with high simulation of natural stone appearance, by silicon molds casting from natural stones.

4.     Furthermore, we use Bayer pigment and we use Japanese coloring technology, this technology guides that we mix the pigment into pumice, cement etc raw material at the first stage, not like other factories put pigment on surface of stones after the stones already shaped out, with this advantage we make our manufactured ledge stone go above 90% high simulation and the color natural and non-fading.

5.     Our manufactured ledge stone brick can be used for interior as well as exterior. Our products passed the 136^th freeze thaw cycle testing without obvious changes. It is freeze and weathering resistant. This is because we use and take advantage of light weight bonding, polycarboxylate water-reducing agent, foaming agent and water-proof agent.

6.     Pumice material is a lighter material than ceramsite. So artificial stones made of pumice of course weigh lighter than made of ceramsite.

7.     manufactured ledge stone is light weight building materials, the proportion of it is about 1/3 - 1/4 of natural stones, it will save energy and money; while artificial culture stone or called manufactured stone is got small pieces cemented together in a culture stone panel, which will save more labor and time. And the more usage of artificial stones, means the less usage of natural stones, in somehow it avoids more natural environment from interposing. In future, eco-friendly, safe, energy-saving building materials should be used more widely.
