Kök Constructions, builds and sells construction in various provinces of Turkey for 20 years and has been a well known business in contracting industry. In every step of the process from quarry ING blocks until they reach our gangsaws and finishing lines it is our policy and duty to assure you are receiving the best quality available and to obtain the fastest transportation at best prices and schedule. Our Win Stones production process; - Quality control : First of all we do block quality control with our expert team, then purchasing the blocks and bringing them to our own factory here in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. - Consolidation : After the blocks arrived at our factory, they are vacuumed. This process is applied to consolidate the blocks before entering the gangsaw. - Gangsaw : ( Sesemak Machinary) It is the gangsaw machine to cut the blocks into slabs. The max width capacity is :1.95cm - Epoxy Line: (Sei Italy Machinary with 3 castellated) Epoxy polish is applied first. It is used to strengthen the veins and cracks of the slabs. With this machine, net reinforced can be applied to the back of the slabs. -Slim machine: ( Zimek machinary) Slim Line machine is consisted of 18 heads.
