1.Stone Mitre Clamps are mainly used for 45 degrees stitching among quartz stone,natural stone, or other similar plate materials. 

2.45 degree clamps are designed for perfect positioning and locking fascia (apron) to your countertop  via miter joint. Its adjustable jaw allows holding various height and thicknesses. By combining two or more 90° Clamp, longer lengths can be accommodated.

3.Placed on the 45 ° stitching of two workpieces, put two workpiece of 45 ° bevel face assembling together, and the two 45°workpiece fit into a 90 with each other.

Tips for use

1. 45 ° diagonal clamp is mainly used for (artificial and natural stone) or other similar sheets of 45 stitches.

2. When the two elements are processed into a 45-edge phase, clean the 45-part workpiece, evenly covered with adhesive, and then place the two workpieces with the 45-phase mounting surface together, and the two 45-degree elements fit into the 90's with each other, use fittings in plastic seams for extrusion.

3. First, put a stone with a bottom width on the work surface of the fixture with a white rubber, the side of a narrow stone near the inside of the device.

4. Then, the two adhesive levers can be adjusted by setting the spring device access to the upper position of the workpiece and then rotating the screw at the top of the adhesive lever to apply pressure to keep the device locked for some time until the workpiece is completely solidified, reliably, then release the device.

5.Use one 45 degree fixture at every 30CM distance while working.
