Material: Undercut anchor is made of stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316;
Aluminium bracket and angle are made of aluminium 6063-T5, 6061-T6.
Benefits:
1. Stone cladding system with undercut anchor is the safest way for installing stone panels on interior and exterior wall. Strength of each stone panel is independant and not affect others.
2. The shape of expansion part is designed based on the hole shape of stone panel, which fits firmly to the panel after expansion and achieves reliable anchorage effect.
3. The groove in the expansion part weakens the strength from deformation. And anchor bolt expands by gently tapping the expansion sleeve while installion, avoiding stone panel from break by external force.
4. Due to that the expansion part fits firmly to the hole, which increases the contact area and decreases the stress to the stone panel, it strengthens the load capacity from anchor bolt and stone panel.
